BCAF recently helped set up the Burngreave Health Network, which is aimed at helping Health providers in the area cooperate, share information and identify gaps in provision.
The Network has agreed the following five priorities:
Outreach and improving communication with the public
Improving links with GPs
Improving links between projects and information sharing
Coordinating campaigns and publicity
Working together to access resources
